Your account

Tunary Creator is provided by TUNARY INSTRUMENTS PTE. LTD. These Creator terms apply alongside our linked Website Terms and Conditions. If the documents disagree about Creator, these Creator terms apply.

Use your own email. Click the verification link we send before entering Creator. Keep your password private. Only upload material you have permission to use.

Signing up, making changes by hand, playing and saving creations are free. Your saved instruments and effects are available in My creations.

Credits & downloads

All credits, including trial and promotional credits, can be used for downloads, optional upgrades and AI assistance. Unlocking a creation costs 200 credits once. Further edits and downloads of that same creation are included. A separate creation needs its own unlock.

Optional upgrades are paid once per creation: MIDI output and tempo sync together cost 30 credits; custom faceplate images cost 50 credits, including future image changes. These are separate from the download unlock. You confirm the price before credits are spent.

Each completed AI request costs 5 credits, including requests on an unlocked creation. Technical failures are not charged. Credits are only spent when you request a paid action.

Your creations open inside Tunary Instrument or Tunary Player. They are not separate plugin installers. Install the free Tunary apps once, connect Library, then add each unlocked creation to your account. Check the computer requirements before unlocking. Gumroad handles credit payments. Checkout shows the money price and any tax. Rights that consumer law gives you still apply.

Email updates

Creator updates are optional. We only use your Creator signup for update emails if you choose Yes and verify your email. Signing up does not automatically add you to our Creator news list, even if the general website terms say otherwise.

Change your choice in Account settings. Choosing No does not stop essential verification, password-reset or account-service emails. It does not change subscriptions you joined elsewhere.

Your privacy

We store your email, securely stored password, creations, credit activity and the choices you agree to and when you made them to operate your account. Essential cookies keep you signed in.

Brevo delivers email, OpenAI processes requests when you use AI, Gumroad handles payments, and our hosting providers run this website. Your password is stored as a one-way code, not readable text.
